Ashlesha Store Credit Policy:

At Ashlesha, each garment is a sacred statement—an embodiment of beauty, healing, and personal power. Every piece is custom-designed for the individual it was created for, infused with spiritual intention, ancestral artistry, and energetic alignment. For this reason, we honor store credit only in the rare event of a return.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued via digital gift card.

No Refunds:

• No refunds under any circumstances due to the custom, sacred nature of each garment.

Final Sale Items:

• Custom, limited-edition, and discounted garments are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

• Contact within 72 hours of delivery with photos + order number.
• Replacement or store credit may be issued.

Store Credit Details:

• Issued within 3-5 business days after approval.
• Sent o email used at checkout. 
• Never expires and can be used towards future collections or exclusive releases.
